Recruitment Timetable

We will try and offer as much flexibility as we can, but it may not be possible to offer alternative dates for assessments or interviews. Please note the dates may be subject to change. Please let us know in your cover letter if you are not able to make any of the dates below.

Please note that applicants will be contacted via email by 23rd March 2020 to disclose the status of their application following the closing date and review with Essex County Council.

Successful longlisted applicants will be invited for a face to face interview with Global Resourcing.

Those applicants who are then shortlisted will be invited to complete an online assessment, including an invitation to an engagement session to meet a variety of colleagues from Essex County Council. You will also be asked to attend a panel interview in order to have a more in-depth discussion of your previous experience and professional competence in relation to the role. Regardless of the outcome, we will notify all candidates as soon as possible after the final interview.
