Currently undergoing a major transformation, we are introducing the new role of Deputy Director - Digital Product Management, offering an unparalleled opportunity to lead change on a scale that is both challenging and deeply impactful.

We are looking for a strategic digital leader who can reimagine the digital product landscape and develop user-centric solutions that make a tangible difference. Your leadership will ensure CCS remains at the forefront of digital transformation, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centred-design.
We are looking for someone to achieve the following:

Leading the development and implementation of digital products for public sector procurement

Managing complex digital product portfolios with a focus on user experience and strategic alignment

Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement

Developing and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and enhancements based on user feedback and business value

Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of digital products

Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for their application within the organisation

Ensuring compliance with government digital standards and procurement regulations

Contributing to the development and implementation of the digital strategy

Fostering strong relationships with external partners and vendors to drive innovation and deliver high-quality digital solutions
