DV Cleared Senior Business Analyst - Strategic Change Leader
Our defence client is seeking an experienced, DV cleared Senior Business Analyst to drive complex change initiatives and lead strategic projects within their organisation.Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in all aspects of the change lifecycle, from enterprise architecture to stakeholder management. You'll lead large-scale projects, facilitate requirements analysis, and mentor other BAs while owning key stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Apply enterprise and business architecture principles to align with the target operating model
- Lead business process improvement initiatives and conduct gap analyses
- Develop comprehensive business cases and options analyses
- Investigate complex problems and provide solution recommendations
- Manage requirements definition and change requests for major initiatives
- Foster stakeholder relationships and build consensus among diverse groups
- Work within Agile teams, potentially serving as a Product Owner
- Create various business models including process models, data models, and wireframes
- Conduct business analysis testing and develop change management plans
- Design and deliver training for new business processes and systems
Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance
- Proven experience in leading complex business analysis projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle novel, ill-defined problems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in creating business models and documentation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user story writing
- Ability to quickly grasp new domains and add value
- Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders based on evidence
- Adaptability to work in areas of resistance to change
