Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

Cardiff - Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)

Salary up to £32,498 (Pro-rata)

Our customer is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to plan, oversee and deliver a set of work deliverables to a high standard and on time through effective project management and support of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the operation and the coordination of the Operations Analyst tasks.
• Review and make decisions on datasets across a portfolio of schemes.
• Input into strategic improvement plans and delivery.
• Continuous improvement and capability building of processes and individuals in both direct and indirect team structures.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex and challenging tasks.
• Report management information.
