Senior Technical Business Analyst - GDS, Government, Salesforce
3 months
Hybrid Working - 1 day per week onsite
£550 - £600 per day (inside IR35)
Our customer is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to help develop a digital platform with a range of functionalities. This role will suit someone with experience in the design and delivery of complex transactional services,
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and root cause analysis.
- Business process modelling, analysing business needs and modelling system data.
- Evaluation and defining requirements, gap analysis and business process improvement.
- Stakeholder management.
- Requirement elicitation, workshopping and prototyping.
- Business case creation.
- Delivery of user-centric business solutions with agile working.
Key Skills& Experience:
- Experienced in business analysis within the software development lifecycle,
- Experienced in discovery, alpha and beta phases to live operations, focusing on UCD, iterative development and CI.
- Delivery of high-quality digital services.
- Business modelling.
- Business process improvement.
- Experience of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and assessments
- Experience of Salesforce is desirable.
